This promotion (“Promotion”) offers discounted or value-added services for ventilation system servicing, including but not limited to inspections, cleanings, or tune-ups (“Services”) as detailed in the promotional material. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

  • This promotion is available to residential and/or commercial customers located within our service area.
  • The promotion applies only to new service bookings made during the promotion date.
  • Promotion is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for complex or custom systems.

Booking and Redemption

  • Appointments must be booked and confirmed during the promotional period.
  • Services must be redeemed by 30/09/2025 unless otherwise agreed by a member of our team.

Limitations and Exclusions

This promotion does not cover:

  • Major repairs, parts replacement, or installation of new equipment;
  • Non-standard systems, rooftop units, or inaccessible ventilation setups;
  • Emergency or after-hours service requests;
  • Services combined with other discounts, unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to assess system conditions prior to performing services. If safety issues or unforeseen conditions arise, additional charges may apply with customer consent.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in the forfeiture of the promotional price.

  • Mouldex is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, misuse, or delayed maintenance of your ventilation system.
